DELIVERY TIMELINES:

Cards
We work with delivery partners to ensure your products arrive at your doorstep as quickly and effectively as we can.
For Express Same-Day & Next Day deliveries, we use last mile delivery partners including City Express, GIG, Uber & Gokada.
For Standard Delivery, we ask for 2-3 working days, we use Redstar Express (FedEx), GIG Logistics and other delivery partners.

Personalised Card Processing Timelines:
We usually ask for 3 working days for personalised orders.
Day 1: Order receipt and processing. We layout your design and send back to you for approval
Day 2: Prep and print. We send your order to the print queue. Why do we need a full day for this? Sometimes the queue is long and we may not get to your order on time to dispatch same day. Not all prints come out perfect the first time, so we also need to leave a bit of time for error management.
Day 3: Dispatch! If your order is printed on time, we will dispatch the same day. If not, we will dispatch the next working day for delivery the day after. 
We will be in touch with you throughout the process and you will be alerted as soon as your order is out for delivery.
So to clarify, orders for "Personalised Cards" placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be processed the same day for delivery 2-3 working days after order confirmation. 
 
Mugs & Key Chains
Mugs and Keychains are only available as Standard Deliveries for now. 
 
Frames
We work with a framing partner for our frames. They ask for 2-3 working days for delivery within Lagos and 3-4 working days for delivery outside Lagos.
 
Partner Brands/Vendor Products
We now work with partner brands whose products are of impeccable quality, beautiful and incredibly unique. Each brand/product has specific processes and delivery times. Weekend & Holiday Deliveries
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday OR other public holidays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
 
Specific Delivery Dates
Cards ordered for a specific delivery date in the future will be dispatched two working days before the requested delivery date. Please note as we only print and dispatch Monday - Friday, orders with a requested delivery date which falls on a Sunday or Monday will be dispatched on the Friday beforehand, so will likely arrive slightly early.

RETURNS POLICY:

For NJP Brand Products: Unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition purchased from Not Just Pulp can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Not Just Pulp item purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

If you did not purchase the item on our website, please contact the retail store where you made your purchase.

Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:
  1. Contact customer service at info@notjustpulp.com  or via Whatsapp +2348177322184 to make your initial return request.

  2. Not Just Pulp is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. We will refund ground shipping costs for those items that were shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.

  3. Send the package to: Not Just Pulp, The Space 1625b, Saka Jojo Street, Victoria Island, Lagos

  4. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a refund.

DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Not Just Pulp will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. Damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier. Please see above for notification and shipping instructions.

For Partner Brands/Vendor Products: Products of other vendors sold through Not Just Pulp can only be returned/refunded/exchanged ONLY in cases of factory errors or manufacturing defects. For these items, we will need both picture and video evidence which we will forward to the Vendor for confirmation and return approval. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges for partner brand products can ONLY be done with their approval and could take a few days longer than our own brand products. Be rest assured we will do our very best to ensure any issues with your order is resolved as quickly and calmly as possible.
